’An important measure of success was my follow up observations of how the boys transferred learning into the school context and their increased capacity to manage themselves and their behaviour around stress at school beyond this structured training period...’”

Everything you have taught me has 100% paid off and made the MSD course so much easier. Including the Wing Chun and Krav Maga basic self defence we did. It's not just the extra skills, but the confidence in yourself that becomes the most important. I can still remember how scared I was to have my first martial arts based PT session and the first time you told me to come and have a look at BJJ. I thought "NO WAY!" Stepping outside my comfort zone and into the confronting world of martial arts has been an excellent journey!
One Woman’s Wing Chun Journey (tradition Martial Arts w iDefend)
Wing Chun Kung Fu fitted like a glove. It is teaching me about myself, helping me to let go and definitely turning me into a better person. Helping me to find a deeper meaning to my life and to be more humble in the process. I laugh at myself often now. I'd also rather hug you than fight you. I especially don't claim to be a marvellous martial artist as there is so much more to learn and then there's the art of being taught and not to mention self discipline. For me Wing Chun is about personal power, it's about developing the ability to sit within the eye of the storm and remain unruffled.
