Wing Chun

Explore a truly powerful soft style of Martial Arts created by a Buddhist Nun.

The training need not be harsh or aggressive, and can be practiced by people of any age or body type.

Develop good mental health, balance, correct posture,

and build confidence fast

through the practice of partnered Chi-Sau (sticking hands) and form work.

The Wing Chun system of Kung Fu takes the practitioner through logical, developmental stages of learning.

The forms contained within the system will develop a still and centred mind.

A fluid and resilient body structure will be developed.

Mindful Movement

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazillian Jiu Jitsu addresses self defence mainly at ground level

and is also a softer circular type of Martial Art that emphasises like Wing Chun,

minimum use of brute strength

and a strong mind.

Submissions via joint locks and chokes are also a major feature.

We focus on ‘No-Gi’ training,

so all you really need is…an inquisitive mind and a playful disposition to begin!


Brave Women’s Self Defense and Escape Program

Our one off seminars will highlight the problem

of female victimisation based on actual statistics

including the Who, When, Where, Why & college concerns for our daughters.

The Solution will touch on the subject of street smarts,

the triangle of victimisation, stranger and non-stranger strategies,

verbal self defence

and an outline of our 12 & 24 week physical training courses at which you can earn your pink belt!

The 25hr program focuses specifically on

physical and psychological techniques and concepts

that can be applied in the most common situations.

Perfect for schools, private business and government departments.

No prior training or fitness level required.

The training draws mainly from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga.


Kids Martial Arts

Fun and practical sessions that build self esteem, discipline, respect, memory, balance, strength, fitness, hand/eye co-ordination and team-work.

All while creating a solid personal self defence system. In addition the children engage in personal character development.

Learning and earning stripes each term that includes understanding and practise of pro-social life skills.

We also teach and re-enforce to the kids a simple system of reading situations, setting and maintaining boundaries and of course what to do when those boundaries are violatated.

The training draws upon BJJ, Boxing, Wing Chun Kung Fu and Primal Movement Patterns predominantly.
